Fantastic experience at Repair and Run! I dropped off my e-scooter without an appointment and was thoroughly impressed with the service. I needed a wheel change and not only did they handle it on the spot within two hours, but they also gave me a discount on a tune-up. The prices are affordable, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly!
I’ve been into this shop a few times and each time the customer service has been incredible. There’s very few shops in the city that assess, diagnose and repair the problem as quickly (and without sacrificing integrity of the work or attention to detail) as this one. I’ve been in and out with repairs that would have taken days at other shops, sometimes as quickly as 15 minutes!

Friendly and very helpful. They usually get the work done the same day if they’re not too busy, or by the next day. Parts are affordable depending on the brand and year, and they install everything perfectly with clear explanations. They always make sure everything is good to go and even clean it up for you. I’ll continue bringing my Hiboy S2 Max and Ridstar Q20 Lite here for as long as the store is around.
