Frequently Asked Questions

Do you repair both bikes and e-scooters?

Yes. We repair bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters. See our bike repair, e-bike repair and e-scooter repair pages for details and pricing.

How long does a repair take?

Flats, brake work and most adjustments are done same-day, often in 20 minutes. Tune-ups take longer - usually 1 to 3 days, sometimes more, depending on the season and our workload.

Do I need an appointment?

No, bookings are not mandatory. Walk-ins are always welcome for flats, brakes and adjustments. That said, we strongly recommend booking: the process is very quick, it lets us collect more details about your issue upfront, and it saves time in the workshop, so your repair is ready faster when you arrive.

Do you work on most brands?

Yes. We are an authorized service center for Apollo, Segway-Ninebot, Aventon, Rad Power, Isinwheel, Ford Bikes, Mercedes, N+ Bikes, Beachman, Hiboy and Pedego. See our Apollo and Rad Power service pages. We also service VoltBike, Gotrax, Lectric, NCM, Trek, Giant, Norco and many more. If your brand is not listed, contact us - we most likely work on it.

How much does a repair cost?

The exact price varies a lot depending on the model - we work on hundreds of them, and every repair is different. Message us on the live chat for a free quote, or drop by the shop and we will give you an estimate on the spot. As a rough guide: flat tire from $22, brakes from $19 for a bike, tune-up from $125. See our bike repair, e-bike repair and e-scooter repair pages for full pricing.
