Refunds
Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of shipment and does not apply to repair services already performed. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn and unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@repairandrun.ca. If the return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label, at the customer's expense, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your bank statement.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and repair services that have been already performed. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
IN STORE PURCHASES:
Return & Deposit Policy
Items other than bicycles and scooters purchased at Repair and Run Inc., in store or online, are subject to a 30-day return policy.*
Bicycles and scooters are subject to a 7-day return policy.* Bikes and scooters must be unused upon return or will be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price.
Deposit amounts must equal a minimum of 50% of the order total. Deposits are refundable if, and only if, the special order has not yet been processed by the supplier (i.e., before the cancellation date) OR in cases of customer remorse only if the item was already in store.
We will only accept items that are returned in the original packaging and in resealable condition. If the product has been used, we will not accept the return.
For a return, you will need the original receipt or a store account showing the original transaction.
Shipping for online order returns is the responsibility of the customer and not Repair and Run, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Repair and Run.
