• This booking secures your drop-off appointment. Once on site, our team will assess your vehicle, provide an exact quote, and give you a turnaround time if we cannot proceed on the spot.
• Repairs are completed based on store occupancy and staff resources. We aim to complete most bike flats, brake work, and minor adjustments on the spot.
• For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse repairs on items that are unsafe or not cost-effective to fix.
