During Checkout, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before placing your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed at Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

As a repair shop, we prioritize repairs, so please note that shipments can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is packaged and ready for shipping. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as each product is prepared for shipment.

 

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within **1-3 business days** after being placed, though it may take up to 5 days due to repair prioritization. The email will contain shipment details, a tracking number, and a link to the carrier's tracking page.
